His heart is the size of Alaska.

yeah, he's not a huge dude, probably 5'9" or 5'10" like Meg said. And yes, his heart is the size of Alaska. Medical fact there, folks.

"Ancient people thought that the heart controlled a person's emotions, but it is really just a muscle that pumps blood throughout the body. The size of the heart is about the size of a person's fist. In an average man, the heart weights about 340 grams or 12 ounces, it is a little less in women..."

Ahhhhhh. Where's your sense of romance Mr. beast?  (Or Ms. beast, if you're a girl.)

Also, we are not speaking of any average man.  We are speaking about a man that some have referred to as a superhero of sorts.  And if the average heart is the size of a person's fist, it might well follow that an extraordinary man's heart might in fact, metaphorically speaking, be comparable to the size of a state.  Any state.  You could even say Prince Edward Island (which is not a State, but a small province in Canada), and we would still be talking about something much, much bigger than the average man's heart.

But metaphorically, if we're talking about heart as though it were an indication of one's tremendous capacity to be good, Tom's is big.  Very big.

sneaky word twister?  that sounds like a good board game.

i notice no denial, though...  hmm...

delaware is the 49th largest state.  it is also the first state, ratifying the constitution in 1787.  it is in the northeast between maryland and new jersey.
