Does anyone know exactly when promos for Evil Urges get sent out? Is it earlier for the UK?

did anyone see the Rolling Stone miniarticle on the SXSW performance? i can't access it here at work but it said they were courageous, etc......great pic in there as well as a mention in the album preview section--and reference on the cover ;-)
