Title: X-mas curtain question

I meant to ask this a while back, but forgot, then remembered today.

At the 3:19 mark of X-mas Curtain, JJ comes back in and says, "So" and then you can hear someone saying something, all reverby, echoey, and muffled. What is said?

It's definitely Jim - it's sounds to me like "What to do..." in some heavy duty reverb.

Honestly, it sounds like it could even be someone or something hitting a spring reverb unit.

I've always wondered about that too.  I think it's aliens, I mean, since there are spaceship sounds at the beginning of the song.
