I have Surprisingly  never seen or heard of the limited edition of it still moves does anyone else have or even seen it before?

looks like a promo/advance copy to me.

It's just a play copy.  They send them to record stores a week or two before the actual album is released so you can play them in the store and get customer's turned onto new artists..... at least that's what the play copies looked like when I worked at a record store.
