Title: Wordless Choruses
Post by: buster douglas on May 11, 2009, 07:27 PM
Or is it Chori?

Either, way, I've noticed that the Jacket have a lot of songs that feature no words during the refrain.  Obviously the best example is Wordless Chorus.
Some others that I've noticed so far:

Heartbreakin' Man
Xmas Curtain
I Will Sing You Songs
Golden
Dondante?

Any others?!  Anyone else impressed by Jim's ability to turn a simple "OOOhhnn" + music into a catchy refrain? ::)

You could also argue that One Big Holiday has a wordless chorus--just guitar.
