What is the one song by them you've heard?  I'm not sure what "midi tunes" are?  I know what MIDI is.  I know what "tunes" are.  But not "midi tunes".

I just googled it and google asked me if I meant "midi tones", is that what YOU meant?  The phrase "midi tunes" doesn't make any sense*, not even to google, that's why I was asking.

Unless by "tunes" you meant "songs".  If that is the case the obvious answer is no, they don't have any songs comprised totally of MIDI.  I figured that's not what you meant so I was confused, so I asked you to elaborate.

EDITED to add: actually it occurs to me they do have a song that is all omnichord (MIDI).  It's called "Epichord" and it is an omnichord instrumental track from a Louisville is for Lovers Comp a few years back.  Something tells me this wasn't the track that Neonerd heard though.

lol you must be the resident cynic eh, and you're right its not the track i was speaking of "touch me and i'll scream part 2" but as for google, regardless of me using uncapitalized letters for midi, still shows the 1st result as accurate, but you must read past "did you mean" section lol, look for the results stated above that' and why did you input
Quotesongs comprised totally of MIDI.
not what i asked in the first place but... neways great band and great music but im gonna leave now, obviously this has nothing to do with music

Hey, aMD, could you direct me to a download of this "Epichord"?  I am trying to become an Omnichordist and would love to hear this track.  You could post a link or send an email attachment to yaco2229@msn.com

Thanks!

Aaaahh, there is definitely an omnichord prominently featured on TMIGTS, p2.  Still don't know what "midi tunes" are and it's not because you didn't capitalize MIDI.  I'm not a cynic, I just didn't understand your question, mostly because because it didn't make any sense (as your google results illustrates (the top result doesn't even use the phrase "midi tunes" those two words just happen to be in the same sentence)).  I think you were trying to ask "do they use MIDI", it was the "tunes" part that threw me and google off.

Anyway.

johnnYYac, it looks as though that volume of Louisville is for Lovers is no longer available to buy, so I'll post Epichord here when I get a minute.

the Louisville is for Lovers comp is in fact sold out in physical form but will be available for purchase from thinkindie by the 14th as part of the ten year anniversary. it'll be 99 cents and well worth the purchase to support local music and local labels.

I would tend to agree.  Thanks, aMD.  I will buy it if and when it becomes available.

I came across a number of torrents right after I first fell in love with MMJ.  I could have downloaded their entire discography for free.  I have paid for every officially released MMJ song and consider it money well spent.
