Title: Death Is My Sleazy Pay Question

On the right channel of my headphone, around the 3:10 mark and going until about 3:40, I think I hear whispering in the background.

1) Has this been covered? If so, I'm sorry
2) Is it just a reverb artifact?
3) If it's legit, do we know what is being said?

i have heard that too and always wondered what was being said. i assume it is whispering and not random noise.
