Oh my, my first mmj and a day later I'm still smiling! I've read on these pages how great a live show they are but I still wasn't ready for it.The sound was outstanding(sounded like a dodgy d.i. box somewhere but that was soon sorted) and the atmosphere was great too. Opener 'mahgeetah' was fantastic and the pace never dropped. My ears almost melted when Jim gave us 'bermuda highway' in the acoustic spot, the annoying people that insisted on talking were soon silenced.
Any other English fans make it? (I know Angie was there)
If you didn't you missed out, I can't wait for the next time around.

I'm still dumbfounded by the gig... it was amazing... the best gig I have ever been to.  It's been noticed that I have been in a trance-like state today!  If it wasn't for the fact that I need to go to college tomorrow night (Monday) I would go to Nottingham to see them.  I need to see them again soon... very soon.  1 hr and 50 mins of pure heaven... so many highlights but in particular for me it has to be I Will Sing You Songs... Jim's voice is awesome.

Top performance at the Acadamy , my first MMJ live gig.
Drove from Swansea to see this and completley blown away,
hair, reverb and guitars swirling around creating an awesome sound. Gig of the year make no mistake.
