I'd love it if Steam Engine made it on the DVD...that'd bring back some very good memories :)

yeah, that would be awesome. I remember a cameraman rushing to the stage when things got really crazy during that song so there's a chance. I'm not sure if they taped the entire song but at least the end of it. maybe they can include it as an easter egg ;)

Either way; I'd be happy seeing a 15 second clip of the song.

I bought the 2003 DVD and love it.  I just wish they would start doing video chronicles of complete sets and sell those DVDs.  This way you could have the vid of sets by Gov't Mule, Medeski Martin & Wood, and MMJ!

I just checked the Bonnaroo site but still no announcement! Other sources say it's out May 17th so let's count on that.

I think this is the DVD cover.
Don't you think they kinda look like Jim and TwoTone? ;D

unfortunately i think someone was right when they said that the camera crews only got a little bit of the end of steam engine.. fortunately they used it for this trailer which kicks ass.. unfortunately the mmj track on the dvd is one big holiday (which was during the not-so-stormy-and-crazy part of the show) fortunately OBH has my favorite guitar solos on the planet... i have absolutely worn out my "return to thunderdome" cd.. probably the most played cd i've ever owned.. so it will be great to put the sounds i have memorized in my head to the actual video footage.

i just wonder what all the "extras" on this dvd set will include. i know jimmy james did an acoustic set in the press tent.. maybe some of that will be on here. also the north mississippi allstars are on this dvd.. i saw them a few years ago and they are great entertainers.. kinda reminds me of george clinton in the movie PCU.. will be great to hear all the interviews and commentary as well. you dont even have to ask me if i've already pre-ordered this shit! god damn. i'm glad and pissed at the same time that they put out this trailer.. seven days seems like an even longer time away now that i've seen this.
