anyone heading to that show? the state theatre is a sweet place to see a show and i can't wait to see the band up there rockin out. ticket office told me there are a lot of tix available still, and that it won't sell out. if the worst band in the world "godsmack" can sell that place out, the jacket should have no problem soon.
I'll be in the area from Texas and plan to make the show and then down to Boston for the Broken Social Scene show the following weekend. What are the crowds like in Maine?
the crowds in maine are usually loud and full of energy. i saw the foo fighters at the state threatre years ago and when they took the stage, it was the loudest ovation i've ever heard in my life...deafining. the band even told the crowd the quiet down.
i doubt MMJ will get that kind of reaction, but it will be a great show i'm sure.
