Is anybody going to this? Anybody interested in going? I won a pair of tickets but can't find anyone to go with.
my advice would be, even if you can't find anybody to go with, go alone. it will be a blast. mmj on halloween cannot be topped.

seeing them on halloween might be somewhat of a religious experience, methinks.
i can't wait to see pictures from this one.
i'm actually going alone myself - although i know a guy who will be there -
i have to work so will have to miss Saul unfortunately, but rest assured i will be there in time for MMJ.
i hope some of you lucky halloween concert-goers take some pics!
This band absolutely fucking rocks. I had never heard them a week ago. I heard enough rave reviews from both Wilco and Ween fans so I gave Z a shot and bought a ticket for this show. Everything I had been led to believe was true. I wish I could give you more details, song list, etc but I don't really know. Seems as if they primarily played songs from Z sprinkled thoughout the entire show. Saul Williams kicked the night off in style. I'll leave the details to someone who has time to share them.

NOTES: Intro by someone dressed as Robert Goulet who introduced the band as "The Ghostbusters." # Ghostbusters Theme played from CD over the PA. % Bread cover. Not sure on the actual title from first song of the encore.
First song of encore is 'I think I'm going to hell' i think.

Is this a new song or cover? It was listed on the setlist as just "Hell"
FYI: Recording turned out pretty good. I had recorded it on my new 24bit recorder (MicroTrack), but it froze at the end of the show, which erased the file. Luckily I ran the ol' JB3 as a backup. Should be up on the archive in a few days. I have a concert every night this week (until Sunday), so depending on the tired factor it might take a bit longer.

Oops. Lowdown after Hell.
Should be up on the archive in a few days.
Where is the "archive"? I'm looking forward to it and thanks.

search for the jacket and you shall find them
This show was amazing (my first MMJ). Easily one of the top 5 I've ever seen. Wow!
After it's cleared, you can download the show (or stream it) here:

For those less fortunate (read: those without high speed) can some kind people please offer this up as B+P's. Thanks!
Enjoy,

See Brian? They don't
always wear the same shirts. Sometimes they have backpacks, too. ;)

"i think im going to hell" is an original recording on their first LP 'Tennessee Fire'.
