amazing fucking show, saw a lot of converts....
anyone know what the story was before "o is the one that is real" i was kinda on the phone at the moment giving someone directions towards me
eddie did a solo song, damn me if forgot what it was...then they did makes no difference....then the boys broke into these songs....i think the order's right, and i have all the songs on there.....i'm still relling man cut me a break
what a wonderful man
off the record
anytime
lay low
o is the one that is real
one big holiday (pretty much meshing right into....with pat going crazy on the crash cymbals)
run thru (with pat doing robotic arm movements)
i am now a much bigger fan of pearl jam then i was before this show....wow....when the houselights go on before the show is over,,,,you know it's fucking awesome...eddie was flipping out and really getting into all the energy...but it was kinda weird like "woah...is he really mad at something, or just enrgetic?" he also kept saying "we dunno when we'll be back around, so enjoy every minute of this" so whats up with that?
while pearl jam blew the roof off of that venue, mmj definitely had a part in loosening some screws
Jim's "O" story was that he always fucks up the harmony guitar part at the end of the song, and if he got it right this time, we had to give him an ovation.
And Eddie was definitely pissed. First it seemed to be because of his mic stand, then there was someone in the security pit during rearviewmirror (we thought it was a photographer taking pictures)...that's when he threw the towel into the pit, his guitar into the mic stand, then walked off.
After that was when things started getting really good. :)
Oh, and at the beginning of the set, Eddie joined them for "Ain't No Difference" once again after he played a solo cover of "Throw Your Arms Around Me."
i heard someone threw him a shirt and it hit him so he threw it back, and before one song matt cameron coutned off then stopped and eddie screamed COME ON and threw his pick almost hitting jeff ament.....that was the point where i saw things kicking into high gear
the pickguard mirror antics were awesome as well
Quotethat was the point where i saw things kicking into high gear
Yeah...I'm calling it the comeback show of the tour...It was pretty slowly paced until Ed flipped out.
And despite my intoxication during MMJ's set last night, I'm gonna say that tonight's was even better. Jim especially seemed much more into it.
the pj message boards say up until camden night 2 it's been greatest hits and no variety....really glad i got to see this show...i gotta stop all musical conquests for the next few weeks and listen to a ton of pearl jam
That PJ setlist is pretty amazing. "All greatest hits" isn't entirely fair, there have been some pretty great lists (Grand Rapids for both MMJ and PJ was INSANE). You saw one hell of a show, man!
Amazing show last night! MMJ was so good! "Run Thru" was killer!
The story for "O" was that he never gets the dualing guitar harmony correct, and that if he gets it right to applaud him.
I was front row dead center and took some really good photos of MMJ and PJ. I am in the process of posting them on my buddies PJ site. Check them out if you like.

Enjoy!!
The story with Eddie throwing a shirt is false.
I was in the front row and he threw his towel at a photographer that he was pissed at. Cranked him in the head! Apparently, the photographers are only supposed to be there for three songs, and this guy overstayed his welcome. My buddy pulled the wine stained towel off of his head and you can see the photos at :

MMJ Rocks!!!! They definitely picked up some new fans last night.
Bmar, I just sent you an e-mail regarding the link you put up, please read. Thanks!
What happened to the links? Those pics were great!
QuoteWhat happened to the links? Those pics were great!
there was a virus problem with that link, you might wanna scan your pc if you paid a visit.
he'll post them again when the link's clean.
Ack! I need to do that then.
QuoteAck! I need to do that then.
corey is your computer okay? :-/
Seems to be cool. I ran AVG and deleted a bunch of shit.
i REALLY apologize for the whole download.trojan thing. i had no clue my site was infected. Apparently some Turkish hacker hacked like 18,000 websites two weeks ago and alas, mine was one of them. But not to worry, I just fixed the problem and verified that everything is cool, both on Windows and Mac, with IE, Firefox, and Safari.
I'm a huge PJ fan and got turned onto MMJ a few months ago. Seen them 3 times now opening for PJ and I'm hooked. Can't wait to see them again this thursday and saturday.
Here's the original link to the pics, 100% safe.

EXCELLENT pics!!!
Indeed. Very nice.
yeah i wasn't disappointed with this show at all, it's just what i've been hearing about previous shows when i referred to greatest hits....i'm a full fledged PJ fan now and plan on listening to much more than I have in the past
and regarding the pics...what's with the copyright stuff, man? can i get some of that in the corner or something? cuz some of these are top notch desktop material
sorry about the copyright, i had a situation a few weeks back with some of my other pictures where someone posted my pics on their site claiming them as their own. let me know which ones you want and i'll gladly post them without copyright
actually in a few days when the views die down i'll probably repost the whole gallery without the copyright
email me at bczechowicz AT yahoo.com
Yeah, we worked hard to take those pictures and get them posted. We don't mind sharing them, but would also hate for them to get in the wrong hands.
Corey, sorry about the faulty link before.
Anyone going to the Rutherford shows???
ok the pics have been reposted and the watermarks have been removed
enjoy!!!

who wrote "It makes no difference"?
The Band
I was at Philly night 2. I've gotta say, I'm a ridiculous Pearl Jam fan; we're seeing them 7 times in about a month and a half, but My Morning Jacket kicked ridiculous ass. I can't wait to see them again on Saturday night in East Rutherford.
Philly 2 has made me a fan of this band.
Favorites...."One Big Holiday" (holy shit!);
"Gideon"; and "Off the Record"
You all seem like cool folks; I can't wait to see MMJ in a club as an opener sometime soon!!!!
i've never met a person who has seen one big holiday live that hasn't been blown the fuck out of their existence
