Doughty was a good opener and I pity Ray Davies for having to follow that up. I left. D-RUNK.
Since I don't know any of the song names (only MMJ I have is a mix one sans song titles), I can only tell you that Gideon was second and fucking brilliant.
And steam engine was blessed with Andrew Bird up front on violin and then whistling the song to its majestic close.
I drank a fuckload of tequila, with lemonade and gatorade, and I have to say, it is just the perfect cocktail for an afternoon show.

adendum: just read the other thread. I am so annoyed that I missed that he was hiding behind the stacks for Gideon and whatnot. Sunnuvagun!
oh yeah, and i forgot to mention that Doughty had Petey McNeal (formerly of Cake & Sumak) on as his drummer and kept giving him mad props, which I thought was sweet. And he had some cello/bassist from Mississippi.
