My Morning Jacket to 'Rock for Riley'

September 19, 2006

Rock band My Morning Jacket will perform at the third annual "Rock for Riley" benefit concert, which is scheduled Nov. 25 at Clowes Hall, 4600 Sunset Ave.
Rock for Riley raises funds for Riley Hospital for Children. Previous performers were Karl Denson's Tiny Universe (2004) and Wilco (2005).
Tickets for the My Morning Jacket show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Admission is $25.
In other concert news, rock bands 30 Seconds to Mars, Head Automatica and Cobra Starship will perform Oct. 21 at the Murat Egyptian Room, 502 N. New Jersey St. Tickets, priced at $22.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Tickets for these events will be available at the venues, at Ticketmaster locations, by visiting www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (317) 239-5151.

Rats-according to what I have read all ticks. are $25, so that leads me to believe it is GA not reserved. See you up front?

I already bought tickets and it is in fact reserved seating.

Rats-it is indeed reserved even though they were all the same price ($25). I got row 14,lower level,floor right. Since JJ normally plays stage left, I should be on the correct side. I wish I would have known about your reservation about reserved seating and I would have snagged you a seat and you could have sat with us. :)

I saw Wilco at the Murat for last fall's Rock for Riley, and they raised a quarter million dollars. Hopefully, this one goes just as well!
