Title: tapeing policy at the Ryman?
Post by: sweatboard on Sep 26, 2006, 02:01 PM
I'd like to record this show but I have a feeling it might be pretty difficult, anyone have any suggestions, or tapped there in the past?  Thanks,

Brian

audio or video?

they are pretty strict there and have tons of ushers all over the place but they are all pretty old and shouldn't notice.. last show i was at was wilco and a guy got the audio very easily

video wouldn't be hard at all from the balcony.. be great if someone would do it

Someone's gotta figure out a way to drill mics into the horns of a viking helmet... Can't be all that difficult. I really hope this show is documented - I'm still hating my life because the Rites of Spring show never got leaked.

that ridiculous two-handed tapping solo that Jim whipped out was ridiculous.
