What kinds of tshirts do they have on the new tour?
at knoxville they had an "at dawn", Z, and It still moves tour shirt along with some womens tshirts. they also had 3-4 cds and the okonokos dvd and what looked like a really cool Z blacklight poster.
so can anyone explain the shirts? I'm trying to determine whether I should bring money or not.
Oh, and how much were the shirts?
Bring money.
In Charleston, they had the 4 studio album cover shirts, listing accompanying tour dates on the back (meaning there were no shirts with this tour's dates, as the Z shirt had last year's dates). These, and the 3 (?) more colorful ladies' shirts were $22. A hoodie w/MMJ on the front and that monkey-in-a-circle on the back was $30, and there were CDs, the DVD, stickers, buttons, and a Z poster available too. As stated above, bring lots of money.
Is the "at dawn" just the album cover?
QuoteIs the "at dawn" just the album cover?
question answered above, thanks!
I want a tennessee fire album cover shirt!!!
Tennessee Fire, At Dawn, It Still Moves?
Oh man... don't make me choose one. I'm like a pokemon league champion here, I gotta have 'em all... but I'll only have enough for a poster and a shirt.
I think I'll go with It Still Moves!...
I just hope they arent printed on American Apperel shirts. I cant stand them.
A hoodie! I'm getting one. I might just get everything available at the cleveland show.
what color are the hoodies?
(can I call it something besides hoodie? i don't like that word.)

also, what monkey is on it? Is it the fat one on pat's drum kit and above on the menu?
I haven't seen it, but I'm guessing the monkey he's talking about is the monkey in the circle on the Okonokos DVD. Like the one in the O of my mOrning jacket above.
is the booth cash only? I don't usually buy stuff at concerts...
What can people tell me about the Winking Dog t-shirt sold for the Z tour?
I've never heard it mentioned.
Thanks

Ya, they're always a bit snug. I just got one from Cinder Block. I wish it couldve been a bit bigger.

i love the feel of those.. i just always go a size bigger on em
any pics of new merch?
Don't remember for sure, but I think it was the Okonokos CD Disc 1 monkey...and the hoodie was black w/blue lettering/monkey.

It's the one from the menu. It's a really good size too.
As for the colour: the hoodies are black, with the writing and monkey in the Z green colour.
I'm wearing mine now. :)
haha, i walked up to the counter and asked the guy if it was american apparel. his response?
"nah man, we don't sell that gay stuff. Americna Apparel's for fags"
so there you have it, it is not american apparel. one note, this is now a t-shirt:
Just with the bear and bats and moon. It's in green. but buy it before the show, they were all gone by the time i was able to get out to the lobby, and that made me quite sad. They do have album cover shirts with the original tour dates on the back of each, so i picked up the it still moves shirt. They are $22 a piece, but I'd say well worth it to be able to wear some TN Fire or At Dawn around. They're great shirts and they feel amazingly soft, but not too thin. I haven't washed it yet, but the medium feels like it ought to snug up a little bit and fit just about perfect.
I'll post a picture sometime.

why can't this stuff be sold online??
yea, the online selection blows...
damn, I got that poster off Ebay and threw down for a nice frame, too bad (for me) they made it into a shirt.
Oh well, it was a show that I attended, and a special one at that.
I guess I'll ask again...
are the merch booths cash only?

Thanks man, I just try not to use cash at all so I usually don't have any...
Suprisingly, last night in dallas, the merch guy had a credit card reader hooked up to a laptop and he took my card.
I am taking some pics of the bear shirts and will have them up in a moment.
Here is the story on the green, and denimish bear shirts.
First, they are out of Large on this tour of the green ones. It was a little noisy, but I asked if they would get more, and I think I gotta No, so I will doublecheck tonight. They had XL, and M in the Green.
The Green XL is kinda a weird shirt, thin like an american appearal, skinny collar, and for an XL seems big to me. The shirt is pre-shrunk, 100% cotton, made in Uzbekistan (is that where Borat is from?) and says Anthill Trading Ltd Rockware with a print on the inside of the collar (tagless which is nice)
The blue one is a girls shirt, and the one below is a Medium.
The girls shirt is HYP 100% cotton, and is cut like a girls shirt, shorter sleeves, cuts in on the sides.
Both were 22 bucks each.
Here are the pics (sorry, I didnt buy the others, i dont like the tour dates on the back--the hoodie was sweet though)

those are wicked cool ;D
Thanks for posting those TOP.
They look pretty cool. I'm afraid if there's a credit card machine, I'll buy too many shirts. I'm addicted to tshirts.
those shirts look cool!!!
i wish the others didn't have the old tour dates on them. i'd love the it still moves one, but i don't want those old dates cause i didn't go to shows so.
i'll probably just get that one
how much are the shirts?
22 bucks each

Hello. I have this exact shirt. I bought it at the Chicago show last Oct. It is a light gray ringer tee, sized Adult XL, on an American Apparel tee. If you are interested in the shirt I would be more than happy to sell it to you on eBay perhaps...regular price at like $20. I love the shirt and the graphic, but it is just too large on me. The Adult Large sold out that night and I wanted it so badly, I bought the XL. I would be very happy if I knew it at least went to a good home and true MMJ fan. Lemme know here on the board...or e-mail me at kmichal3@hotmail.com. Thanks.
Any merch nerds (I consider myself a big one, so relax I am not calling anyone names) going to the Chicago show on Friday? I am so stoked to see JJ and the fellas again...
Someone tell me they have xxl hoodies. For the love of god.......
QuoteSomeone tell me they have xxl hoodies. For the love of god.......
If they were out of sizes they had a sign that said so. The hoodies had all sizes available. However, I don't know if they had XXL to begin with or not. This was two shows ago.
Also, by the way, they were out of At Dawn shirts altogether.
QuoteSomeone tell me they have xxl hoodies. For the love of god.......
I bought an XXL last night as sweatshirts usually shrink up on me, (in the arms at least)
Oh and I hope you weren't trying to get one and knowing this pisses you off Bermuda, but they had a ton of At Dawn shirts last night at the gardens.
Thought some folks might wanna see the sweatshirt....

Someone posted earlier here that they heard that the green bear +MMJ + Zbats shirt no longer was being sold in large. That is not the case as I purchased one last night and it is fucking sweet.
Also, the album shirts aren't as odd looking as I thought they would be. They incorporate the album cover, the name of the album and (possibly the name of the band?) on the front.
Quote
why would he say that? he's gay.
The At Dawn shirt I just bought may as well be American Apparel... it feels the same, it's real thin and about a size too small.
Everyone knows only homosexuals wear American Apparel. Duh.
::) <---
Hey hey...I have an American Apparel "Z" t-shirt from last year. The tag size is Large and it measures 20 inches across the chest and 28 inches from the back collar down. Unfortunately, it's not big enough for me. It's never been worn, and I would gladly trade somebdoy who has an UNWORN XL. Lemme know.
Also, if someone could measure the L and XL t-shirts they bought on this tour and post, it would help me greatly. Going by the tag size really doesn't help me, and I couldn't find any measurements for anthill tees.
Speakin of tees, how appropriate would this one be for a mmj show?
