Title: Props to the crew

did marks light show blow anyone else's mind last night?  the sound was friggin great to--props to the crew--seriously, i am not sure what planar level i was on or where i went during run through, but the journey was kick ass!

the mmj crew is rad.  mf, ryan, kissner, brucie, marc and anderson are no small part of the magiliciousness.

The light show on this tour is finally on par with the music and that's saying quite a bit.

Hell yes to the way this band blends all layers of rock theater into the set and big props to all their people working behind the scenes to make it possible.

you know that episode of the simpsons where they all go to japan and there's that cartoon that makes everyone have seizures?

that is how awesome the light show is.

I was going to say that!

Actually, i was going to say that about an Interpol show I saw about two years ago here in Louisville.  I think my retinas are still toasted from that... ;)

casbah rockers, each and every one.

can you imagine loading in, setting up, putting on, striking and loading out a show almost every night?  in a different venue?  with different stage dimensions, rigging capacity and sound quality?

not to mention finding mini-marshmallows to keep that gun loaded.
