Are these through ticketmaster? They currently do not have any shows listed for MMJ and I tried calling them yesterday and they said the same thing. Any ideas?

i tried calling all last week to see if you could go GET the tickets in person---and nothing---so i assume it's all through ticketmaster! that blows----i don't work that far from there and wanted to see where my seats were....there's no one really to get thru to at radio city-they just put you thru to ticketmaster.
