Title: New Louisville Venue?

I picked up my Uncle's music magazine today and saw this story about this guy (see link) who started a new country music venue in Louisville recently.  Anyone been?  Anyone know what I'm talking about?

that is, i believe, the outfit at what is known as 4th street live.

dear mr. riny, shall i characterize that venue based on our (ahem) joint experience there?  ;)

uhm, all I can remember is a pair of huge Elvis style sunglasses boogyin in front of 10 million people.
