Garth Hudson recently came to Austin and played with the band Spurlock. Here are a few of my photos from that night. We cried a little when they played When I Paint My Masterpiece, Caledonia Mission, and Rag Mamma Rag. Even graced us with a little version of Parsons' Hickory Wind. Garth even shook hands, signed stuff, and posed for pictures. Good man. My scanner says to tell you hi and that it really sucks.

Garth was the first person to run his keys through a wahwah pedal....per my 80s rock keyboardist magazine. He totally rocks.
