hey, i've had my other house on the market for a few months now and forgot to post here that it's for sale...

it's a shotgun in Germantown, in good shape and it is listed for $74,000. it would be a great rental property investment or first home for a family.

let me know if anyone is interested. sorry to shamelessly plug it here, but i'm starting to get desperate...

damn, where is it. i paid 232k for a town house 45 minutes outside of Boston. maybe time for a move? ;)
