Can anyone confirm which version of "Friends Again" is on the My Moni / Japan Tour CD 2012 please? Is it the 7" version from the green vinyl or is it the sillier version available on iTunes on the Outta My System Remixez y Friendz EP...???
My Moni Friends Again duration is 5:01. Didn't sound necessarily silly to me, a pretty straight forward version.
Itunes Outta My System version duration is 4:44.
Comparing the two (sample only for the Outta My System version) the My Moni version sounds more produced (possible compression on the track) and the Outta My System sounds more stripped down, not as 'thick' if that makes sense.
The My Moni/Japan CD version is a live recording from Terminal 5 in 2010. The one available on Spotify/iTunes with the Remixez y Friendz EP is a studio recording with sax, overdubs, and a full studio production.
