Bought tix for Spokane show 9/29 in May - Ticketstoday says my tix will be in AXS mobile app "soon" - Still Nothing, we live in Montana so this is a big trip for us. AXS tells me Ticketstoday has not released tix to AXS yet for distribution - has anyone who is going to the Spokane show received tix through their AXS app' yet?
I just received shipping notification on Saturday for the tix to the SB Bowl show (9/23). They will arrive about one week before the show, which is ridiculous. But just a heads up, this appears to be their timing.

I'm in the same boat as you although not as far away, about 120 miles for me. I emailed them Friday and they still have not responded. I also have ticket for the 2 Seattle shows on 10/1-2 and nothing on them yet. They are hard tickets that have to be mailed. Is Ticketstoday the new Wonderful Union? God I hope not.
I'm still waiting on our Seattle tix too, but based upon the timing of the shipping for Santa Barbara, still probably several days before they ship. No clue why they are waiting so late.

Hey Folks - I went through this for the Forest Hills 9/11 show. My presale tix never came in the mail. I emailed Ticketstoday a bunch, tweeted at them, and never heard back. The FH box office also was not taking calls last week, so I filed a BBB complaint. Only after the BBB complaint did Ticketstoday respond to my complaint to tell me they marked my tix as "Lost in Transit" and to show up to Box Office/Will Call on day of show with order number and ID. I was handed 4 tix the night of show at Will Call after showing my ID.
Long story short - if you havent gotten your tickets 3 days or so before the show, call your box office to let them know and they should be able to reprint them at Will Call for you. If box office isn't taking calls, email Ticketstoday (maybe you'll have better luck than me getting response) and, if all else fails, file a BBB complaint.

Geez - finally a notification from Ticketstoday that my pre-sale tix (purchased in early May!) are now avail on AXS mobile ap' - 10 days before the show. Avoid Ticketstoday if you can - their customer service is non-existent and tic delivery system sucks. Now I can relax... Thanks all for the feedback.
I know everyone is deeply concerned about my ticket status so I come to you with an update. Today's email said my tickets have been printed. Yesterday's email said my tickets were sent through the mail. The day before that I had a message telling me what do after arriving at the venue. I feel like I'm in a poorly constructed sequel to Tenet. I'm starting to worry that I may have missed the show :shocked:

Good News!! I have received my Passport to a one of a kind live experience from Ticketmaster and will be able to attend Saturday's event! I knew they would come through, never had a doubt. Total faith in the process.
