Last post by Brapp404 - Apr 22, 2025, 08:26 PMI landed two tix (PIT, row AAA) to the show at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta on 11/1 through the Family Pass presale via Ticketmaster on March 4th. Credit card charged on March 7th. I never received the separate email though from TM with an actual link to the tix. Three calls to TM have been very unsuccessful and no one can find these tickets, a record of them, or track them via the receipt number included in the original email.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with these presale tix? I'm getting pretty desperate, and starting to lose hope that I'm going to miss this show where I think I had the best tickets ever. Any advice appreciated.
