Class Action Settlement/Software Update Notice

I just received an email with that title. It is full of legal and technical jargon about "a SONY BMG Music Entertainment CD Containing Either XCP or Media Max Content Protection Software".
Has any one else had this? Could it be about the Z CD?
I didn't really follow the disussion about copying because I just listen to CDs.
Anybody shed any light?
