iPod Help

Ok, I have some MMJ shows im trying to put on my iPod (latest verson 30gb). The mp3s are in my memory stick that i have inserted in the USB port. My problem is when i try to drop the files from the memory stick to my itunes library, it won't let me. is there a shortcut or another way to do this with out putting the files on my desktop and transferinging to the library. im trying not to use the hardrive on my computer at work. thanks for any help!!!

Try putting the songs onto the desktop, uploading them onto the iPod, disconnecting the iPod, then deleting the files off of the PC.
