Only a select few super cool people have unique titles... you gotta earn it, but it's got nothing to do with post counts... the easiest way is to send CC cookies or something, obviously.

if anyone ended up with the name of a serial killer i don't know about you're allowed to put in a request for a new one. beware though, you cannot choose yourself and the next one could be schmaltzy smellytoes.
