Well, I'm sure Chills will explain things better than me, but I know it has something to do with diplomacy and international affairs.

And your right Dragonboy, Kofi has retired and Ban Ki-Moon replaced him.



So, technically spoken, Chills can be the next Ban Ki-Moon, altough I'd rather see him become a music writer  8-)
