I am a life long Charger fan, probably the only one of the East Coast.  I even caught the snowball game vs the Giants back in 95.  I agree with your post, the chargers take it this year, but the team with the top record never seems to win it, so I am a bit nervous.

As far as the list of top QBs in history, no one mentioned DAN FOUTS!!!!! Don Coryells late 70-early 80s offense was one of the most exciting in history.  Brady, Roethelsberger, etc, these guys only wish they could throw like Fouts.
Now, I'll get off my soapbox.

Anyone else watching the Vikings/Packers game?  Hopefully my Vikes can maintain some dignity and win their remaining games this season.

well, it's been an unfortunate season for my bengals, but I'm just hoping they can right the ship next year (although they're not completely out of it yet).  That said, I just wanted to make it clear that my bet on the upcoming Shittsburg- Cincy game is still available if either Conaway or True want to grow a pair and take me on. I'll be at the game making some noise for my team!

Good luck tomorrow aMD. I have to be rooting against the Bungles b/c my 2nd team (the Titans) need you guys (and the Broncos and Jags) to lose. But wow, what a great ticket you got to be at an NFL game on week 17 with playoff implications! I am envious of that. Don't count on any shitsburg fans taking you up on your bet, they seem to only make noise when their team is doing well.

Fuck that, I'll take up the bet. Unfortunately I'll have to work and i'll miss the game. Carson Palmer is gonna get thrown around like a rag doll. No Playoffs for us this year but we can help to keep Cincy out.

hopefully Tom Brady will sit and Vince won't have to win the game all by himself
Hold my life until I'm ready to use it

I did agree to the bet a couple days ago. I highly doubt amd will change his avatar. How about a terrible towel? Lets face it, 8-8 for both teams is not very good for either one. Wasn't 8 the number of bungals that got arrested this year?

Guess who won $96 on their Sport Select last night.   ;D

Well that was a disappointing end to a disappointing season.  Two years in a row I have seen the end of the Bengals season with a lost to Shittsburg in Cincy.  Last time Carson's injury made me want to throw up.  Yesterday's meltdown made me sick in a totally different way.  I can't describe how much I HATE the Pittsburgh Steelers!! That being said I am a man of my word so I have to honor my bet.  I'll try and find a terrible towel or something.  One month.

Mad respect for you doing that. A few weeks will do.

I was even IN Pittsburgh during the game.  Wished I could've gone, seemed awesome.

What's up with Cowher?  think he's retiring?

Nick Saban announces he is leaving the Dolphins for Alabama....as we all suspected he would....just last week this fucktard said "I am not going to coach for Alabama".I am all for people wanting to better themself and make more money but there is no loyalty in sports anymore.2 years is not enough time to turn a team around...it takes consistency and not having to worry who's gonna be your coach, running back or QB for the upcoming year...now the Dolphins are back to square one.

Just needed to vent....sorry.
The fact that my hearts beating
is all the proof you need

peanut butter puddin surprise

well, at least it will be a chance for the organization to look outside their own talent pool...I read somewhere that Jimmie Johnson was the last candidate to be interviewed outside the organization for the coach job.  maybe cowher will go there!  hahahhahhah

Meh. I don't know how I feel about Saban's coaching the Tide...

Kinda makes my stomach hurt.  :-/

Looks like Cowher should be making it official by tommorow. No more Cowher Power in the 'burgh. It will be weird not seeing him on the sidelines after all these years.

Indeed it will.  Sorry to see him go, but all things must pass.

I heard the Steelers are really interested Dennis Green &  Dave Wannstadt. ;D. Maybe Kordell Stewart as Quaterbacks coach.
