ok people, i applied for an awesome job with npr in tuscaloosa. i don't think i have ever wanted anything as much as i want this. this would be a big step up for me in terms of my career... and it would mean i could live in the same zip code as the man i love... not to mention being closer to all my family.

the position closes friday, so could everyone please keep me in their thoughts? send your positive energy my way. say a prayer, light a candle, whatever... i know it really all comes down to my having the skills, but knowing y'all have my back will make me a little less nervous.
