I know I know....didn't really start following until the SEC championship this year :-/ Grew up in the same neighborhood as David Perno and played a little ball with his younger cousin Don. Both really tough and super nice guys. I was kinda afraid I'd jinx these guys but after watching this never say die squad,the old home town Athens,Ga heart SWELLS WITH PRIDE!!!!!  thanks for the reminder T !

I got some love for the DAWGS!!!
 
-They're undefeated in the whole tournament(the only team).
-they have, like 3, 8-9 inning comebacks of more than 3 runs.
-They whipped the Fresno St. (2nd class) Bulldogs last night.  After FS got 3 in the top of the 8th, the real dawgs got 4 in the bottom of the same inning.
-UGA closer is the best in colligate ball with 18 saves.  shut em' down in the 9th last night.  he's unhittable!
-Gordon Beckham  made a sweet double play to keep the other dogs in da kennell. Line-out, tag-out!!
