just finished "engulfed in flames" today!

i love his writing.  something i noticed in "dress your family...":  his writing is always funny but he's developed this talent for ending his stories with an understated emotional wallop.

*am now wondering if i've waited too long to get tix to see him at UCLA next spring...last time i went i did get the tix about 5 mos. in advance...*
