i feel you, dude. i just got health insurance last month, and it is proving to be invaluable. it's nice to only spend 15 bucks for a dr. visit as opposed to 200.

Try buying private health insurance for a family of four.  It almost makes me cry to pay that bill and get an astonishingly low amount of benefits.
I'm not saying it's easy...walking into sweet oblivion.

I'm actually really glad you brought this thread back with this!

Over here--I'm an English major hoping to teach high school English when I'm done and am, for the most part, absolutely bored with reading books... is that terrible? Anybody else feel like they expect waay too much reading out of you in college?

Read what you like, at your own chosen pace, otherwise the boredom is logical.
If you're forced to read it'll suck all the joy out of it.

Once it's not "required" anymore, you might find a new-found pleasure in reading.

At least this is spoken from my own experience.

Was watching that with the roommate's girlfriend; two minutes in and our entire house lost power.

They're evil!  :D
Evey: Are you, like, a crazy person?
V: I am quite sure they will say so.
