You guys are so awesome! I'll be the big 2-1 so finally legal to do pretty much whatever my twisted heart desires here in the good old U.S. and A.

I'm kickin' it off with a beer right at 12:01am at one of the too many bars in downtown Athens here. Pretty jazzed about finally being old enough to drink good beer whenever and wherever I want to.

Any beer suggestions? Apparently I'm not so much of a stout-y guy, but I'll be working my way up towards. I prefer more lighter, golden, wheaty beers at the moment. Hoegaarden is a nice one in my book... We've got a bar here that's got all sorts of Dogfish Head on tap, so you can bet we'll be working our way through those.

Okay, so let's see. What did I start my career off with...

I had a Terrapin Sunray Wheat and a Tripel Karmeleit. Tasty as hell. Also I am apparently an experiential lightweight, as a 4.5% and an 8% together over about an hour worked a little too effectively. We'll be knocking that effect down soon, I'm thinking.

There's too many good beers to enjoy to only be able to have so few at a time.
