Bulls are definitely gonna be a tough out..Game 2 is def huge, but even if Miami goes down 0-2 I wouldnt count them out. Only 11pts between Leebron and Wade probably isnt going to happen again, but maybe the Bulls D will hold up the entire series. That dunk was def gnarly.

Id really like to see Dirk get a championship, but OKC would be so much more fun to see in the finals vs either of the east teams. Id rather see Miami get to the finals and then lose, just more difficult to stomach the loss with how close they got.

It is amazing how little attention Bosh gets. I have watched a ton of ESPN coverage from last night and barely a whisper about Bosh's great game:

12/18 from the field (67%)
6/6 from FT line
30 points

Thats because when you get beat by 21pts in Game 1 in a series most are predicting you to win, its a bigger story. Even James and Wade only getting 11pts combined in 2nd half is a bigger story. Bosh got 30 because they were focused on stopping the Big 2. Theyll let Bosh avg 30 all series if the games end up panning out anything like this.

I understand the relevance of the Bulls win and their goals about stopping James and Wade, but hardly even a mention sort of upholds the idea that there really isn't the Big 3, just the Big 2.

Bosh can hurt you when he's on. He can pour in 30-40 on a great night, so I wouldn't leave him open. That being said, I only hope the worst for him and the Heat.

In the Celtics series, Bosh avg 12.8 points...Id say it is more of a Big 2 than a Big 3. Bosh admitting he was nervous and didnt want the ball in the Celtics series probably didnt help either. Certainly Bosh is their 3rd best player, but he's not even a Top 5 PF whereas the other 2 are Top 5 in the league (arguably).

Of course theyre still called the Big 3 and have been marketed as such since The Decision, but last night was the first night Bosh looked more impressive than Wade or James. Unless they get CP3, Im sure theyll continue the Big 3 for a long time, it is what it is. I get that theyre gonna be called the Big 3, but is Bosh really as consistent and game saving as the other 2?

I'm hoping to start a new nickname for the 3 douchebags in Miami if they lose to the Bulls.  They should start to be affectionatley know as the Biggest Losers!  Although, NBC might have some copywright infringment going on...  :P

or the 3 amigos..Im pretty sure none of them have ever won a championship

Martin has won a few awards though: Emmy, Tony and the Order of Canada. But the unfunny Three Amigos film was far less torturous to endure than LeBron's Heat selection "TV press conference ego-stroking special" at the start of the season.

Since when was Udonis Haslem supposed to be back for the playoffs?!

Also, Lebron finally closed out about as close to a must win game, probably biggest must win of his career

Dirk's performance was truly the most efficient offensive performance I think I've ever witnessed and they needed every bit of it to counter Durant.  Seriously...48 points on only 15 shots!!!! :o

I hate to give it up but Lebron made the plays when no one else on either team were.  This is getting tough and the Bulls are gonna have to make some offensive adjustments big time moving forward and I'm sure Thibodeau will do just that.

Ugh?! My euphoria over the Cavs good fortune in the NBA Draft Lottery hadn't even worn off before having to watch Quitness and company even up that series and take home court away from Chicago?!   ::)

Reason #8 why I sort of pay attention to the NBA playoffs>

GAME 2 Heat vs. Bulls Wednesday
GAME 3 Heat vs. Bulls Sunday

GAME 2 Thunder vs. Mavs Thursday
GAME 3 Thunder vs. Mavs Saturday

Wednesday > Sunday vs. Thursday > Saturday

whatever

Clearly the NBA thinks weekend games get better ratings, I guess thats the case but why not have Game 3 friday and Game 4 sunday?! NBA scheduling is fuct. If this series goes 7 games, itll span 3 weekends. Good news is, from here on out there isnt more than 1 day between games

Wow! 3 dunks from Rose last night. The 2nd shows how freaking fast he is and the 3rd is my favorite dunk of anyones in the series so far.
