Took me a few episodes to get into it but I soon grew to really love it. Now I need season 2 but it's still a bit pricey...

i've always wondered what happened to that show. i remember watching a couple episodes. this is my second chance, i'm not going to f it up!

It's had quite the ride.  I think this is how it goes: The pilot was originally commissioned for MTV, then it was passed.  Then the USA network was going to pick it up and they passed.  Finally CBC here picked it up and aired Season 1.  Then that was it for CBC, aside from repeats.  Season 2 and 3 (and soon 4) are on Showcase here in Canada now.  I believe only Season 1 was aired on GSN for you folk.

movie, for sure. but i did hear that the city where they film the shows at, won't let them shoot a movie there. because of the way Italian American are depicted.
