I watched the last episode of Twin Peaks of the Gold Box edition last night. I'm very glad I made the purchase (wasn't cheap). If the show wasn't pressured to reveal Laura's killer it could've lasted much longer. I'm surprised it was as popular as it was. The last episode was very well done, but i was expecting some form of closure. Instead it ended the same way they all ended. I guess I should be used to that from Lynch by now. I didn't like what happened to Dale Cooper at the end, him being such a likable character. With all the comedic moments throughout the show, i had the sense that good would prevail over evil. I'm gonna probably watch the movie tonight, too bad its a prequel and will offer no more closure to the show. Looking forward to it still despite mixed reviews, should be bizarrely entertaining either way.

Also thought I'd mention that Lost Highway will be released on region 1 DVD on March 25, looking forward to that one.
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

I'm 3 episodes into It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. It's definitely funny but not quite as funny as I'd hoped. Does it get funnier? No sign of Danny DeVito yet...
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

I think season 2 (with Danny) is the best of the bunch.  I absolutely pissed myself during the first episode - "_____ were hanging from the roof...".  I'm terrible.

Sleazy Rider

Did anyone catch the premiere of Breaking Bad? What do you think?
Politics. It's a drag. They put one foot in the grave, and the other on The Flag.

One of my favourite scenes from The Wire: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVznnoptsmM

POWERFUL (No spoilers at all)

Anyone watch this on Fox the other day?  22 million viewers!  Looks addicting.

Quoteugh....having to watch American Gladiators...This is just awful.

Whatever!!!!  Wolf is my favorite TV character of ALL TIME!  Man, this show totally remindes me of eating hot pockets after school.

Why I can't find a picture of him on Google image search is beyond me...this guy is soon to be legendary.

There's Still Time.........

HA! Actually the worst part of the show I think is the Hulkster...brother!

Anyone catch No Reservations last night?  Best show I've seen that shows New Orleans reality today - a food, travel show no less.  Almost 3 years and counting and large areas of New Orleans still abandoned and destroyed.  Didn't we have a pissing match about this Tracy?  How's the rebuilding of Southern California coming?
I'm not saying it's easy...walking into sweet oblivion.

I religiously watch No Reservations. AB is hysterical. I loved that he interviewed the ewok...I mean Emeril. Emeril looked like he wanted to reach across the table and just bitch slap him for all the years of insults (then possible eat him, man does he look bad). Oh and Rachel Ray still SUCKS. HAHAHA. Yeah, my wife cried during this episode as NO was our favorite city, and we realized that we may never be able to go back. NO is more then just the French Qtr and several of the areas we liked are either not safe or there's nothing there.

Did you catch the re-run before where he went to the Uzbek steam bath/massage? I was in tears as he was getting the crap kicked out of him. He's in London next week. Should be good as he worships Gordon Ramsey so I'm sure he'll have a bit on him.

I've seen that one before - he winds up getting revenge on his friend in a later episode in some other former soviet outpost.  Its seems that this year he told the producers to take him to more posh locals than before - Germany, New Orleans, London.  I prefer the show when it's in some neglected outpost of the world.

I'm glad there are some fellow No Reservations fans out there!  It's probably the only series I keep up with these days.  AB has my dream job; drinking and eating around the world!

Yeah, saw that too. I loved the one where he went to Ghana. I just love his wit and sense of humor.....and his obsession with all things pork.

Last nights Daily Show was incredible - first Jon's monologue about the Super Bowl then Colbert and Conan showing up!

I'll have to check that one out.  Stewart and Colbert were on Conan last night, as well.  It was great!

It was kinda disappointing.  there were so many fires to put out from the end of season 2 and none of them are really resolved.  The third season was pretty disappointing all around for me although there were a couple good episodes.

My sister just bought me Firefly...or Serenity...not the movie but the TV show, whichever one that is. She's a huge fan & is trying to convert me  :)

I just finished watching the 2nd series if Life On Mars. Also working my way through the last Seinfeld & the first Futurama!
