just bought the second season of weeds. this should be fun...

it was fun! not a bad time. anyone see the first episode of season 3? that had to be a good one.

It was kinda disappointing.  there were so many fires to put out from the end of season 2 and none of them are really resolved.  The third season was pretty disappointing all around for me although there were a couple good episodes.

ugh..that kind of stinks-i was really looking forward to it, just finished watching season 2--i love the kevin nealon-elizabeth perkins storyline

My sister just bought me Firefly...or Serenity...not the movie but the TV show, whichever one that is. She's a huge fan & is trying to convert me  :)

I loved Firefly and the film Serenity is a fitting end to a series that deserved far better. Joss Whedon is a fucking genius.

I love the series and I confess I own the DVD's (my ex-nerd turned me on to it).  I didn't enjoy the movie, Serenity, as much as the series, but when you need a fix you do what you can.  I really love the costuming a lot, too.

Me and the Mrs. are HUGE Buffy and Angel fans. We never got around to see the full Firefly series. We we saw we liked. I ejoyed the movie but I was kinda lost having not seen the full series.

It's too bad you went about watching this ass-backwards. Buy the series and then re-watch the film. I like Firefly as much as Buffy and Angel.

be warned, its very addicting. really solid through season 1 and loses steam about halfway into season 2.

i have been hooked on survivorman and man v. wild for the past couple years.  not sure if someone posted this earlier in the thread. i just wish they'd make more episodes (seriously though, can't bear grill face a few more life threatening encounters w/mother nature a few more times a year?)

i love the show, but the movie is just awful. they actually started playing it on Comedy Central again. favorite episode is the one where Jerri plays the violin.  ;D oh my god, Mr Noblet  but they're all good.

i also have every season. since you've watched every episode, you wouldn't like the movie. they rehash every joke. for example...when chuck backs out of jerris driveway, and backs right into his own  in one swipe. (the violin episode) they do the same thing in the movie, but in the movie...jerri needs a ride to school, and her mom backs out of the driveway, right into the school. it wasn't funny the second time.

I used to like ATHF and Sealab 2021 but can't get into them anymore.
