hey it's just how it is.  Women are by nature promiscuous.  Not all women are "whore's" just the one's who screw your best friends or friend hop from one friend to the other.  Chicks like that are worthless.  out searching for the alpha male.

Yup, yup, walking around being promiscuous and searching for the alpha male is pretty much all I do when I'm not listening to MMJ. Sometimes I go all wild and do both at the same time. Walking around with an Ipod, lifting rocks, looking in bushes, calling out: here Alpha, Alpha, heeereee! All the while flashing various lady parts, or something promiscuous like that. I don't know, it's not something I can control, being female and all.  :P

see, I told you.  then again you're from sweden so it might be different for you since you're socialist and are used to sharing everything.  muahahaha!  ;)

Firstly, yes, Meg, you are a beautiful baby  :)  And, by all appearances, a very cool chick.

I might say this.  Some women are more attracted to men that either 1)  They can't have, or 2)  Who "seem ok" on their own, and don't over-pursue.

And of course I'm speaking from some personal experience here.  The lady I'm dealing with now first found me interesting or appealing because I wasn't hitting on her, or even acting all that interested.  Fast-forward 5 months or so, and I'm really going for it.  Telling her I want her to be my girlfriend.  And she kinda freaks out and keeps me at a distance for a few weeks, only to miss me and want to hang out again.  This yo-yo act continues up until this day.  Just last night we decided that we need to be friends because we really didn't have enough shared life experiences.  This is because she had/has a job, school, and a child, and we really only got to spend week nights together, and in her apartment.  Then I moved 11 hours away.  So, we'll be friends, hang out when we can, keep in contact and keep each other informed.  And if I move back in a year, like I may, we'll pick up where we left off, if at all possible.

Anyway, if he has had any experiences similar to this, that might explain things.  He may think he's more interesting or appealling if he does "play it cool," showing he's ok on his own and isn't needy.  In some ways, I think women have made men think they need to be this way.  But of course I'm generalizing.  Everyone is different.  Just my 2 cents.

Also, women are mildly insane.  I guess we can be too.   It's the human condition I think.

so i go see dude last weekend, and it was amazing. i, like the dumbass chick i am, find myself having "feelings" for him again. now that i'm back home, i am spending way too much time stressing over whether or not these feelings are mutual.

you know, if he feels the way he claims to, he should be blowing up my phone. i'm not saying i want a stage five clinger or anything, but i just want to feel wanted. maybe he's being distant b/c i am so far away (geographically). i don't know.

the situation sounds toxic.  I gave up on the game long ago, all the rules, all the bullshit.  it's hard to find a person out there anymore who you can legitimately trust.  if it's stressing you out now it will probably stress you out later way worse.
