Quoteso I need to write an 8 page paper by 6pm tuesday that compares something from the USA's culture/society to another country. There's obvious choices like government, education, religion, etc. - but can anyone help me out with a semi-interesting topic that will have a lot of information available on the interweb??

I was going to do a comparison between gangs here an England (since their's are based around soccer) an maybe another country as well, but there just isnt much information on it.

you could do marijuana usage; mandatory military service (many countries to choose from); women's rights; if you want to do europe or england specifically-you can do legal drinking ages, the differences in crime (muggings versus murder) or gun control.

if you do countries like sweden/norway you can do the differences in work ethic/employment law--the capitalism v. the 140 days off a year that scandinavians get.

free education in most every other country v. our university system

good luck, capt.

How about a comparison of the mafia in Chicago and the mafia in Tokyo.

I want to know what the world's nicest McDonald's looks like. Wherever it is, I want to go there. I also want to go to the nicest McCafe. How's that for random thought!

The one in Salzburg is very nice (it's design has to be in suit with the other buildings & shops in the area)

God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

I used to think it was really luxurious.....I can't remember if it was two-storied or if someone lived on top of it.

The Big Mac Museum restaurant is located 10 minutes from my house. They tore the old McDonald's down and this one opened 2007. I think it's the only one but I could be wrong.

These are the best pics I could find, maybe I'll take some myself sometime.

That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Sitting here in my criminal law class trying to find put wether and to what extent some douchebags are guilty, and I am a little bit bored. But my prof is good looking and still pretty young. Also, going to a pub afterwards to watch a football game.

Every one of these weapons were taken from and out of inmates at Folsom Prison. I think there are lots of stories on this wall.
Not the one thing. I used to think I
could at least some way put things right.
