Ehhh, Not yet. But I can take time off if I wanted, it would just be unpaid. The nice thing is I make enough money to be able to cover my ass if I wanted to take off a week or two. You only live once, and I'm not about to spend my entire summer cooped up in this office.

;D True.  We just got swept by the Brewers so I was happy to return the favor to someone else.  Our team has actually lived and died by starting pitching.  We started out hot, had a losing streak and now with Carpenter back, were doing well again.   The Cubs are obviously having a bit of an offensive drought so that helps.  Not having the big man in the middle of your lineup is tough.  It's amazing how the rest of a lineup can really wither away without that big anchor in the middle.   I heard Pinella was talking about moving Soriano back to 2B so he could get another bat in the lineup.
