So... I've been fasting and exercising for a little over a week. On my first weigh in, last Wednesday, I came in eight pounds lighter. Since Wednesday, I've lost another four pounds, give or take. So... I've lost about 12 pounds since my last photo, although I doubt there will be a noticeable difference for a while.



You may notice that I have added a neck strap to my helmet. This allows me to keep the helmet on when I'm walking around, or I can just leave it on my back during a show without having to worry about holding it. It can also fasten to a belt loop. I highly recommend you vikings make this customization.

On the helmet's panels, I jot down the name of every MMJ show I attend with a marker. I'm not sure what that center hole is going to be, maybe I'll draw a bear or something in there - it used to have a golden eagle, but it fell out after getting my face melted off somewhere.
