Hancock - very enjoyable! I had low expectations after hearing so many bad things but was pleasantly surprised. If you're a fan of Will Smith &/or the superhero genre then it's maybe worth checking out...
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

My little Princess is excited. Loved Lilo and Stich which was their last 2D one I think

Their last good one yes, but you're forgetting Brother Bear & Home On The Range.

Hard Eight and Assassination Tango. Assassination Tango was a nice little movie. Really solid performance by Robert Duvall as usual. Hard Eight was good, but flawed. Philip Baker Hall was really great and Philip Seymour Hoffman had an awesome cameo (best scene in the movie) but I thought all the stuff with Samuel L. Jackson was unnecessary and just cluttered it up. Too much plot in too few scenes. It's still worth seeing though.

Hey dragonboy, have you seen Takeshi Miiki's Suriyaki Western Django? It co-stars Quentin Tarantino and is a mash-up of a western and a fucked up fantasy. It got ok reviews at last year's Toronto International Film Festival and it's airing on TV in Canada on The Movie Network (which is a Canadian HD-movie channel). I want to watch it ASAP.

Yes the appropriate word is good. Kids hated Home and Brother Bear thankfully. Not like my daughter has any taste as I was forced to watch about 1/2 of High School Musical 3. I got up and went running as I just couldn't take it. I felt my boys crawling back up and wanting to die.

I saw Marley and Me a few days back. It was pretty sappy and sad, but overall very enjoyable.

Will do. I've actually never seen a Miike film - I don't know if I have the stomach for them - but this is a quasi-western, so it interests me greatly.

Liked Hancock, more than I thought. I found the first half more enjoyable, but it was good. They tied things up well with the ending. All in all, better than I expected

I think I brought Hard Eight to both True and DB's recognizance not long ago, and personally, I really like that movie. It's about as simple as a movie can be, yet exhilirating almost the whole time.

I dont see how SLJ's character cluttered it up. Without that storyline, the "movie side" of the movie is non-existent. I thought that was what made the story interesting. Until Samuel threw his foot in the mix, everything was smooth sailing. He was the wrench.

Really like that flick. Philip Baker Hall pwns it.  ;)

Is that what really happens? If so then you're a dick for posting that Capt, just because you have no interest in a movie why ruin other people's enjoyment by posting a spoiler like that?

Read the book. The book/film is about a couple's life with a very bad but loveable yellow-lab. It's actually more about the couple than the dog, but the dog plays a major role in the emotional impact of some of the scenes.

I posted the same pic like 2 months ago, with a spoiler before it. A handful of people thought it was hilarious.

Youre the first person to have a problem with it. Sorry.

I thought that was like common knowledge anyway. How else do animal movies end?! Its not like this is Milo & Otis or something.

Aside from the first 30 seconds, I'm extremely pleased.  One word: OMAR!
