I figured winner takes all...If we get at least 15 people maybe $120 for winner, $30 for 2nd place. We might have pretty close to 15 but I havent looked at it in a couple days

Sounds fine to me -- we have 10 now, I might go with a 2nd place prize if more than 12 get in. Anybody with ideas about the payout sound off.
