Roll Call Question

I have not received any info about tomorrow's pre-sale. All I have is my receipt from purchasing ''Circuital'' and a Roll Call membership. when I go on the Roll Call page to login it doesn't recognize my email. What should I do? The pre-sale is tomorrow!

you should have gotten an e-mail with a code to activate your account awhile ago.  scan back thru your roll call e-mails, then sign up and use coupon/code.  after that you should be cool.

I am able to login but there is no info about pre-sale.  So I backtracked to the email with info regarding pre-sales and clicked that link.  Then when I attempt to login it does not recognize my email account as valid.  I too contacted cust serv and have not heard back yet.  Oh yeah, the pre-sale is in 5 hours.  Why would allow me to login at one place and not another?
I am also still waiting for my circuital set.

Have you tried to create a profile on the ticket purchase page? It won't recognize your normal roll call username/password.  Look for the "create new profile" link and click on that.

I cannot even get that far.  I can only see the page that is titled "Your membership information"  I can edit profile, renew, view past newsletters and logout. The page that you reference is where I would like to be.  I have a bad feeling that when my issue is resolved, I will just run into another issue.  Not a good experience so far.
