HOORAY!!!  This makes up for the unveiling of Al Capone's vault by Geraldo Rivera.  So, what brand tape did they use?  It didn't look like a Maxell.  Hope it wasn't a WalMart special. :)

I recognize the cover. There was a place in New Haven, CT called Rhymes Records that used to sell boots with those covers. We used to go there weekly and their covers were always those photocopied photos and track listings. Oh the good old days of tapes and tape trading.
