MMJ to play Mile High Music festival August 15

Weezer seems out of place in that lineup. If they were doing another show in the area i would definitely go, but as the 3rd last band they will probably only get an hour or 75 minutes tops. DMB will get a 2.5 hour slot or whatever this festival gives their headliners. Drive By Truckers also play the same day as MMJ which makes the day a little cooler. I am not a huge fan of the saturday lineup at all. It'll be a good weekend for those who live in the Denver area though. I just hope this means some more tour dates being announced soon.

there are two main stages....I can see Weezer opening up for DMB and MMJ getting the other headlining slot on the other stage - I mean, I would fuckin' hope so.  the promoters have to know that MMJ has a following that will be there to see My Morning Jacket and only My Morning Jacket.

It does not matter to me when or how long they play I am just thrilled to hear and feel their vibe!
