i'm getting the pre-show anxiety complete with some super negative prospects. What if they 'treat' MSG to a heavy circuital show because last year they played t5? what if they don't think MSG needs to be special because they hooked NYC up last year?

I don't see this happening. Look at the soundcheck songs they've been playing the last few weeks. Rarities. But they haven't been playing most of the soundcheck songs during the actual shows. It makes me think that they are practicing said rarities & are going to unleash them on us. At least i hope that's going to happen.

i would agree with this, i had the same thought :)

its important to not have too many expectations or "chase" songs but rather go for experiences and compare your experiences not setlists. With that being said.. I hope they blast all those sound checks for you guys/ladies. Pretty jealous. Positive energy sent.

I had a dream the other night and it was most certainly influenced by my excitement for the upcoming show.

I went to the bronx zoo because mmj was playing there at this tiny stage near the lions and gazelles. I found a seat 2 rows back on jim's side. The show began with jim coming out on stage in a wedding dress with a veil covering his face. He then proceeded to play tonite i wanna celebrate with you solo on the omnichord. Then the other boys joined him with a giant video screen behind them. The video was of the band playing with lions in a grassy field. That's about all I can remember.

I woke up with a smile on my face.

This is going to be so great. That Roll Call list is a monster.  My train gets in at 2:22. Approximate walking time to Stout from Penn is 4 minutes. I'll see you all at 2:26. (Okay, not really, I realize it will take a few minutes longer than that, but ohmygodi'msoexcited!)
