tickets not arrived yet for manchester.crapping myself

hi anyone order tickets from artist arena? i normally order through ticketmaster uk but for the manchester gig i was directed to artist arena site,i got a confirmation email for the tickets but the tickets themselves have not arrived yet and im really starting to panic. the uk contact number doesnt work for artist arena and i have sent an email but no reply yet.booked flights from belfast n hotel n still no tickets. anyone else still waiting on tickets or purchase through artist arena? :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

My tickets haven't arrived for Glasgow either and the gig is on Wed night. Won't be ordering from Artistarena again! Anyone know how to get a hold of these people?

im just hoping if they dont arrive the confirmation email will do...cant even remember y i went through artist arena.nearly sure it was a link through this site or an email for the gigs.

I agree with Walter's suggestion. All (except one show I believe) of the Roll Call presale tix through Artist Arena here in the U.S. are will call only.

They charged me £3.50 for delivery! These tickets better arrive by Wednesday morning.

charged me 3.50 too.also said on email tickets wud arrive 7-10days before gig.the uk number for artist arena doesnt work either.

I can't believe their phone number isn't recognised! Can any moderators on this forum help out?

The only reason i used Artist Arena was because it was a pre sale link from this website. Wish i'd gone with Ticketmaster, never had problems like this before.

Will Call only means picking the tix up at the Box Office on the day of show. Not an option to have tix shipped, or printed at home.

Usually there is a "Will Call" window at the venue Box Office where the tix are held, and can be picked up. Seperate from the Sales window where people walk up and purchase tix.

If these aren't will call tickets, that's horrible! This is way too close to the show for them to be sent. So sorry, good luck contacting AA. I"m surprised Roll Call tickets would be mailed, would kind of defeat the whole purpose?

Try emailing, not calling. Calling was pointless, even over here. I emailed and they got back to me within 24 hours.

to be honest i just remember getting them using a pre sale link.definately have paid postage and have a confirmation order.theres still time for mine to arrive but if TVC15 hasnt received theirs and there gigs wednesday im not to confident.the email specifies a week to ten days delivery for tickets before the date of gig.i have emailed so fingers crossed....

Well that's entirely different from the way we got our tix here through Artist Arena. I'd be pretty flippin bummed too, if I paid for tix to be shipped, and still haven't gotten them!

Like Penny said calling is kinda pointless with these guys. Used to be able to get a person on the phone, but lately it's been just a series of phone prompts, with no "speak to a rep" option. >:(

I paid for the tickets 3 months ago and they state "tickets will arrive one week prior to the event"! Sorry but one week is cutting it fine, especially with the Royal Mail.

Starting to fell jinxed, had tickets for the Evil Urges tour in Glasgow and the band cancelled because Jim fell off the stage.

thanks for all the replies.not seen mmj before last time i had tix and the dublin gig was cancelled because jim fell and hurt his leg so ive been looking forward to this for a LONG time.either way il be flying over to manchester from northern ireland .i will get in.one way or another even if i have to buy more tickets.

I don't think Glasgow is sold out, for some reason one of the best live bands in the world don't seem to be very popular in the UK?
