You should also post this in the Other Music Forum. 

The list is very good.  Nice to see the Dum Dum Girls get #1.  While I'm a fan of theirs, I don't think that was the best song of 2011.  I think I would go with "Holocene" by Bon Iver or "Midnight City" by M83.

I really enjoyed this list!  thanks for doing this.   I agree with much, disagree with some, but that's the fun of music.   We like many of the same music, but I think in general you like more depressing music than me  ;D ;D

I killed a lot of time watching some cool videos and songs I hadn't heard yet.   Great to have it in one place
